Commissions, YCH, Adoptables

As the artist:

1. I may post artwork on social media and other platforms, including but not limited to, DeviantArt, Twitter/X, Instagram, Tik Tok, Fur Affinity, Youtube, etc. This includes timelapse videos of the work.
2. I reserve the right to decline any commission inquiries.
3. Work will start after full payment is made.
4. Estimated delivery time may be extended due to unforseen circumstances. In the case this may occur, you will be informed as soon as possible.

As the client:

1. You will receive a high-resolution digital version of the artwork without my signature.
2. Artwork may be used for personal use, including wallpapers, personal prints, icons, etc.
3. You can request work-in-progress updates at any time.
4. You will not receive commercial rights to the art unless this was agreed upon between us.

Resources – Backgrounds, Bases, Brushes

1. You can use these for personal or commercial projects
2. You may make minor changes.
3. You cannot resell resources or share the original files.

Payments

1. Payments can be made via PayPal.
2. Prices are in USD.
3. Full payment is required before work begins.
4. Payment must be completed within 24 hours, otherwise you will lose your position in the queue.

Refunds

1. Custom and digital artwork are non-refundable.

Prohibited Use

1. NFTs – You cannot use my artwork to create NFTs.
2. AI – You cannot use my artwork to create or train AI models.
